Loan products are available to individuals and businesses aged 21-60 meeting our credit and residence-stability criteria. Approval is at the sole discretion of Capital Hind Finance Private Limited and subject to satisfactory KYC, income verification and credit assessment.
Loan amount, interest rate, tenure and other terms shown on this website (including the EMI calculator) are indicative and subject to change based on individual credit profile, product, and prevailing policy. Final terms will be confirmed in your loan sanction letter and agreement.
Interest rates are calculated on a reducing balance basis unless stated otherwise. Processing fees, documentation charges, and applicable taxes will be communicated before disbursal. Late payment and prepayment charges, where applicable, are specified in your loan agreement.
The EMI calculator on this website is provided for illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a loan offer. Actual EMI, interest rate and charges may vary based on your final approved loan terms.
Borrowers are required to pay EMIs on or before the due date specified in the loan agreement, via UPI, netbanking, card, or other approved modes. Delay in payment may attract late fees and affect your credit score.
Vehicle loans are secured by hypothecation of the financed vehicle; loans against property are secured by equitable mortgage. The Company reserves the right to repossess secured assets in case of default, in accordance with applicable law.

Capital Hind Finance Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including reliance on the EMI calculator or any temporary unavailability of online payment services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
